The University Center's Chandler Ballroom is a large, dynamic event space available to the UMW community.  It is ideal for your large group presentations, meal gatherings, and parties.  After submitting a request here, your event will be reviewed by the UC Building Manager and the Director of Student Activities and Engagement before final confirmation.  Please contact SAE at sae@umw.edu if you have any questions or concerns about booking the UC event spaces.

 

Chandler Ballroom
The Chandler Ballroom is a large, elegant, and dynamic space suitable for a variety of events.  The Ballroom has the ability to be configured from one large space into two halves or into three separate spaces.  When booking all of Chandler, please reserve all three spaces.  When reserving the back half, please reserve just Chandler A and B together.


The Chandler Ballroom comes with a projector and screen, a wireless microphone, and a lectern with a computer provided.  The two smaller rooms, when broken off, also come with a projector, screen, and a lectern with a computer provided.  

Any additional needs above the room's A/V will require using SAE Sound Crew or Events A/V.
